rosey elderberry fizz
2 tbsp. Elderberry syrup (I used Sambucus brand)*
½–1 tsp. Rosewater
1 16-oz. bottle Health-ade Bubbly Rose kombucha
⅓ to ½ cup full fat canned coconut milk
Combine elderberry syrup, rosewater, and kombucha in a large cocktail shaker or mason jar, and shake until well combined and fizzy. Pour into 2-3 tall glasses over ice, then top each drink off with coconut milk until the glass is full. Add a (resusable) straw and stir as you drink, letting the coconut milk combine naturally with the fizz as you go.
*NOTE: Elderberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamins, making them natural powerhouses for boosting your immune system and taming inflammation. Pairing these nutrients the healthy fats from coconut milk helps to increase absorption of the vitamins, and makes for a pretty dreamy, sippable treat!
